#30. Double Dippin' Sketch Plunge!

We are a group of great friends from all over the place, who wanted to start a stress-free challenge site. This will be a weekly challenge, and there will always be something here for you to see or try. Individually, as designers, we may not all be here every week because we are busy just like you!! So 'take the plunge' when you can or stop by to be inspired, even if you don't have time to "play". Make sure you don't miss a week of inspiration by subscribing to our site on the right!

Congratulations to Jodi McKinney for winning our April Shower challenge last week!  We truly appreciate your wonderful talent!  Be sure to check out her amazing blog!

This week, we would love to try a double whammy for us!  We are posting a sketch here, and will give you some sketch-peration (new term), but we would LOVE for you to double-dip.  We are asking you to use our sketch, but to ALSO incorporate another challenge website's challenge in your entry... for example, maybe use our sketch, but another site's color challenge, or theme challenge! Hop around and explore!   There are so many great challenge sites out there, and we can relate to how hard it is to start one - we are sending out challenge-love!  Here is our sketch, then our projects - be sure to show us YOURS!!  NEWSFLASH:  You can now post your pictures of your projects using your Instagram account too!  No more excuses about not having a blog!

Here's the sketch - now GO!

This week marks a new year on the calendar, and a whole new thing for our challenge site!  Thanks to our resident My Digital Studio expert, Robbie, we have brought you a Sketch challenge!  Oh what fun!

Sketches are a great way to get out of a creative-rut... it takes away one of the creative elements that sometimes holds us back.  When posting your creation on your blogs, please be sure to copy our sketch and incorporate it into your post, so people can see what you are doing.  Here are some interpretations of the sketch made by our Lifeguards.  Check them out, then get creating!  We can't wait to see what you make!
